Within this intimate container of work, I guide women back to the internal wellspring of their Soul, the wisdom of their body, and the integrity of their energy.
I believe that we are wired for freedom and that ALL of life is supporting our healing journey toward that freedom.
I combine my understanding of spiritual physiology, development psychology, trauma-informed life coaching, and my lived experiences as a woman walking the path to support women in their holy homecomings.
