About The Event
This program is an online 3-month-long journey back to radical self-love.
Our first meeting will begin on Oct 6th
All meetings will be recorded and saved for you
9 of the calls will be teaching calls, and 3 calls will be group coaching sessions
Most sessions will require a journal and self-reflection + a practice session. Please arrive present and be in a position to drop into a somatic experience.
This course is for women who are tired of turning their backs on themselves, leaving themselves, shame spiraling, or self-attacking. We aim to restore original innocence at the root, so our genuine maturity can finally come online.
