Breathwork Facilitators Training

This training has been crafted to give you a deep understanding of the power of the breath, the breathwork process as a whole, and how to skillfully guide and support others as they move through regressed states of consciousness and trauma healing.

The training includes online modules to help you assimilate the course material, followed by a retreat-style immersion where you’ll practice facilitating, receive feedback, and refine your approach.

Your retreat in Alachua includes all meals, accommodations for the week, and a full training experience.

Please note: This course is only for individuals who are already yoga teachers, coaches, therapists, or experienced guides in a practiced modality. It is designed as a process of refinement and an opportunity to add another technique to your practitioner tool belt.
