Blessed By Breath is an online transcendental breath-work experience that is all about reconnection. Re-connecting with your heart, re-connecting with your truth, and re-connecting with what matters most. It is about creating a space where deep breaths become priority, allowing all other distractions to fall away.

We will begin our session together with a small dharma talk, and an opportunity to ask questions before we begin the technique. We will close our practice with a mediation, processing, and guidance on Self care and integration.
