We will explore the energetic workings of the subtle body, and the inner chambers of our hearts, reconnecting ourselves to the Divine within. Our day together will include delicious & healthy home cooked meals, guided meditations, asana, lecture, open discussion, breath work, writing, chanting, and conscious connection.Â
**Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a pen and your journal, your yoga mat, and anything sentimental for the altar space.
